Urban Coast Properties emerged as a result of our dissatisfaction with the limited options and outdated practices we encountered in the Apartment Management Market when we were searching for managers for our own buildings several years ago. Due to the high value we place on our assets, we made the bold choice to take control and manage our properties ourselves, as we couldn't trust anyone else with such valuable investments.

We pride ourselves in approaching everything we do with integrity, transparency, and innovation. We treat every building as if it were our own and every tenant as if they were our only customer.

How we help owners

From retail to office and everything in between, Urban Coast Properties provides commercial management services for our clients which includes collecting rent, charging back CAMs/NNNs, monthly reporting/accounting, and handling any maintenance or projects that may arise.  We contract with appropriate vendors to ensure the property meets necessary safety and code standards.
